Wszystko szło zgodnie z planem. Dotarłyśmy nad rzekę, która jest jednocześnie pasem startowym. Poddałyśmy się procesowi ważenia, który niestety w moim przypadku ujawnił efekty dłuższego pobytu w mieście. Następnie temu samemu procesowi poddane zostały bagaże, co z kolei zaowocowało przepakowywaniem, a raczej uszczuplaniem już bardzo wyselekcjonowanego zbioru absolutnie niezbędnych rzeczy. Wszytko dlatego, że miał z nami lecieć drugi pilot, który akurat się szkoli. Oczywiście nie powstrzymałam się i zapytałam, kto będzie czynił honory zwłaszcza podczas startu i lądowania :). Po tym wszystkim poinformowano nas, że musimy nieco poczekać aż poprawi się pogoda... Po godzinie 11 okazało się, że pogoda w Tumbang Naan jest na tyle kiepska że lot został odwołany. Zatem jutro rano kolejna próba powrotu to lasu. Trzymajcie kciuki!

Yesterday I wrote that I am going back to the forest. Well, it has not changed. What has changed is that it did not happen today.
Everything was going according to plan. We arrived at the river, which at the same time is a plane runway. We went through the weighing process, which unfortunately in my case showed the effects of a too long stay in the city. Then the luggage undergone the same process, which in turn resulted in a re-packaging, or rather the reducing of already highly selected set of absolutely necessary things. Everything because of a co-pilot, who was suppose to join us as he is being trained. Of course, I couldn't help myself so I asked who would do the honors especially during takeoff and landing :). After all we were informed that we need to wait a while until the weather improves... A little after 11 am, it turned out that the weather in Tumbang Naan is too bad so the flight was canceled. Concluding, we are about to try again to go back to Batikap tomorrow morning. Keep your fingers crossed!
